Yuzaar — Privacy Policy & Notice at Collection
Yuzaar (“Yuzaar,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates yuzaar.com (the “Site”), including related mobile experiences, online chat, and user account features. By using the Site, creating an account, purchasing, subscribing, or interacting with us (including via chat or SMS), you agree to this Privacy Policy & Notice at Collection. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
0) Scope, Roles & Definitions
- Scope. Applies to customers, site visitors, account holders, subscribers, and support/chat users.
- Role. Yuzaar acts as the business/controller for Site operations. We use contracted service providers/processors for payments, hosting, analytics, messaging, and support tools.
- Personal Information (PI). Information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household.
- Sensitive PI (SPI). Examples: government ID (if ever required), tax identifiers (if applicable), financial account data handled by payment processors, or precise geolocation (not collected by default).
- “Sell” / “Share.” We do not sell PI for money. Some advertising or analytics uses may be considered “sharing” under certain state laws; see §6 for opt-out details.
1) NOTICE AT COLLECTION — Customers & Users
1.1 Categories Collected
- Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone number, billing/shipping address.
- Account Information: username, password (encrypted), preferences.
- Commercial Information: orders, subscriptions, transactions, returns.
- Payment Status Tokens: authorization and settlement confirmations from PCI-compliant processors (we do not store full card numbers).
- Internet/Network Activity: IP address, device/browser details, analytics events, referral/UTM data.
- Coarse Geolocation (derived from IP).
- Support/Chat transcripts and attachments.
- Inferences from activity (such as product interests or saved preferences).
1.2 Purposes
To operate and improve the Site; process orders and payments; manage subscriptions; provide support; prevent fraud; ensure security; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, send marketing communications.
1.3 Retention
- Account and transaction records: up to 7 years (for tax, accounting, and legal compliance).
- Analytics and system logs: up to 24 months.
- Chat transcripts and support records: up to 24 months.
- Marketing preferences: until you opt out or request deletion.
If a fixed retention period is not feasible, we retain data only as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
1.4 Sale/Sharing & Choices
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Some analytics or advertising tools may be treated as “sharing” under certain privacy laws. You can manage preferences through our Cookie Settings and Do Not Sell/Share links. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
1.5 Rights Summary
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your data, and to opt out of certain advertising or profiling practices. To submit a request, email privacy@yuzaar.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

Recurring messages may be sent for order updates, service notifications, or promotions. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
2) Information Sources
- Directly from you (forms, purchases, chat, subscriptions).
- Automatically from your device (cookies, analytics, security tools).
- From service providers (payment processors, hosting providers, shipping carriers).
- From lawful public sources where applicable.
3) How We Use Personal Information
We use PI to operate the Site; process transactions; deliver services; provide support; improve user experience; perform analytics; maintain security; prevent fraud; enforce our policies; and comply with legal obligations.
4) Your Privacy Rights, Verification & Appeals
Where applicable under state or international law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or opt out of certain data uses. We may verify your identity before processing requests. We aim to respond within 45 days, with an extension where legally permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
5) Cookies, Advertising & Signals
- Cookies. Used for login functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, and optional advertising features.
- Targeted Advertising. You may opt out via our Do Not Sell/Share link where applicable.
- GPC Signals. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
- De-Identified Data. If we create de-identified data, we maintain safeguards to prevent re-identification.
6) Online Chat & Support
We collect chat messages, metadata, and attachments for support, quality assurance, and security. Our service providers act under data-processing agreements. Avoid sharing highly sensitive information in chat.
7) Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
9) International Visitors
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your data may be processed in the U.S. Where applicable, lawful bases under GDPR or similar regulations may include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal compliance, or consent.
